Lime City Development Committee Report The Lime City Development Committee serves as a standing committee/membership association of Huntington County Economic Development, raising awareness of economic development activity in the City of Huntington. The committee takes its name from nickname given to the City of Huntington, "Lime City" for its many limestone quarries and kilns. Annual Membership dues are $40.00. Members meet for lunch every other month on the last Friday of the month at various locations throughout Huntington. Lunch is $10.00 per person in addition to the annual membership fee.
