Amor Excavating Continues to Grow April 15, 2021 Report Amor Excavating, Inc., established in 2006, continues to make investments to improve their new operations facility, the location of a former lumber yard on a very visible gateway corridor into the City of Huntington. Incentives were offered to the company to bring significant changes to the property and to retain and create new jobs in the Community. The Huntington County Commissioners approved an incentive to support the Company with collaborative support with the City. The Company is owned and operated by Jonathan and Kristin Amor. The project allows the retention of nearly 20 current employees and the addition of 5 new jobs. The Company welcomed the Huntington County Commissioners and Mark Wickersham of Huntington County Economic Development Corporation recently for a facility tour as the Commissioners presented their incentive to Company officials. They City's incentive was presented to the Company in 2019 with the acquisition of the site by Amor Excavating, Inc.
