Board Members Recognized for Service December 14, 2022 Report The Huntington County Economic Development Corporation (HCEDC) honored four Board Members who have completed their terms and are retiring from the Board. Connie Bonner of Huntington University completed her term as the Board's Secretary. Brian Warpup was recently elected to County Council and departs the Board having served as the previous representative from the Huntington County Community School Corporation. Mark Wolf of 1st Farmers Bank & Trust completed his term as the Board's Treasurer. Michael Zahn of 1st Federal Savings Bank completed his term of service as a Member at Large. Board President Eric Fawcett and Agency Executive Director, Mark Wickersham, presented commemorative gifts in appreciation for service to the Board and economic development efforts. The Board confirmed new members, Tom Mills, of 1st Federal Savings Bank; Doug Wilcox, of 1st Farmers Bank & Trust; and Stephen Winegart, of Huntington University as Members at Large. Mr. Wilcox will also become the Agency's new Treasurer. Formed originally in 1997, the Huntington County Economic Development Corporation is a non-profit, 501 C 3 entity, governed by a 17 Member Board of Directors, with a mission to promote opportunities for job creation and new capital investments in the industrial community in Huntington County.
