City Officials Celebrate Economic Development Recognition April 27, 2023 Report The Huntington economic development team recently earned national recognition from Site Selection Magazine as being among the Top 100 Micropolitan economic development efforts in the nation. Officials from the City of Huntington celebrated the recognition and received a framed copy of the magazine's listing and are photographed with Mark Wickersham, executive director of the Huntington County Economic Development Corporation. Huntington ranked 28th among the Top 100 and over 2,000 communities were evaluated. This is the 8th time during Wickersham's tenure at the agency Site Selection has included Huntington among the best.
