HCUED's Executive Director Reports to Joint Meeting of Kiwanis and Optimist Clubs

HCUED's Executive Director Mark Wickersham was recently featured as the keynote speaker for a joint meeting of the Huntington Optimist and Luncheon Kiwanis Clubs at the Habecker Dining Commons on the campus of Huntington University.

 

Wickersham reported on his first seven months of activity as the Executive Director of HCUED.  The report included discussions of HCUED's new strategic plan, office renovations, website upgrade, organizational restructuring, and a summary of the industrial projects announced so far this year in Huntington County.  He also used the opportunity to promote the upcoming HCUED Business Appreciation Luncheon, Monday, November 24th at Noon at the Habecker Dining Commons on the Campus of Huntington University.  The event features a keynote address by Mr. Marc Wheat, General Counsel to Commissioner Kathleen Casey of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington.

 

Club Members had an opportunity for a Q & A session and were very complimentary of HCUED's productivity and creativity.
