Transwheel Corporation of Huntington, Indiana through a joint press release with the Automated Control Systems Corporation (ACS) of New Haven, Indiana and the Fort Wayne-Allen County Alliance for Economic Development, and HCUED, announced that the two companies are working together to create a competitive advantage in the market place for Transwheel Corporation.
ACS has crafted an innovative machine which will be used to identify and label wheels that come to the Transwheel facility from numerous sources. The machine will assist in the quality control process by checking diameter, width, bolt-hole patterns, image and style the wheels. The equipment is expected to be completed and available for use in March.
“This is a great example of how area economic development corporations can work together to help the businesses in their respective communities grow and prosper,” said Mark Wickersham, Executive Director of HCUED.
